The Barraquer Iris Spatula – 0.25mm Blade is a fine ophthalmic spatula used in cataract surgery for iris retraction, pupil manipulation, and capsular support. Its thin 0.5mm olive-shaped or vaulted tip allows gentle sweeping or repositioning of the iris while protecting the lens capsule and endothelium during phacoemulsification or nucleus delivery.
